Admissions 2002

The aspirant to enter to this University will have to present without exception and within the date fixed for the inscription, the documentation that later is detailed:

  • Voucher of ending of secondary studies (with indication of matters that run into debt).
  • The certificate of Secondary studies Definitive (original or authenticated photocopy) will have to appear before June 30.
  • Birth certificate (legalized if it(he) is native of another country or province).
  • Certificate of Domicile (granted by the Police Dependence of the place of residence).
  • Certificate of Good Health: sent by a Department of Public Health, after completing the following requirements that will have to be proceeded in private or state organisms(organisations) of this province or in that of origin:
  • * Eritrosedimentación * Mantoux B.C.G. * Hemograma * Urinates I complete * V.D.R.L. * Machado Gerreiro
  • Four ( 4 ) photos, 4x4 (type card).
  • Photocopies of the first and second leaf(sheet) of the Document of Identity.
  • The aspirants to Fonoaudiología's career: they Will Have to complete a physical - functional examination (examination of voice, musical ear(hearing), breathing and joint). The same one will carry out in the Clinic Fonoaudiológica of the University.

For major of 25 years that do not possess Average Complete Cycle, they will be able to enter to the University, in agreement to the in force regulation to the moment of inscription.

For foreigner(foreign)

  • All the requirements of 1 to 4.
  • Documentation corresponding to Average Level, according to in force regulations of the U.N.S.l. (Ord. 48/78-R).
  • Date of inscriptions: On December, 2001 and the first fortnight (dozen) of February, 2002.
